Shayhum is an international businessman with a heart for strengthening community through youth camps and conflict resolution training. He serves as outreach director and leads mediation and negotiation training for several ADR organizations.

Matthew is a marketing executive with extensive experience in the UK and throughout Asia. A determined and positive leader, with a track record of entrepreneurship, building brands, businesses, and relationships, and developing collaborative, motivated and empowered teams, Matthew brings important support to Teen Mediation International.  Katy is a highly regarded Family Law and Civil Mediator, Trainer, Coach, Judge and Advocate from the UK.
She is a proud single mum to three teenage boys, holds an Honours degree in Law, has vast experience of supporting child development and has two successful mediation companies.

 "Reframing human interactions.” Gigi is a mediator and conflict resolution trainer with a Masters in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Columbia University. She designs youth programs with an emphasis on effective communication, emotional regulation, peer mediation and restorative justice. Watch for her TEDEx Talk July 2025.

Godslove is a Certified Mediator and Lawyer with a focus on Web3, and effective dispute resolution through Mediation, particularly in digital spaces like Web3.

With her experience in mediation, she has executed projects in ADR which trained students in Arbitration, Mediation and Negotiation skills. She believes in the collaborative and solution-driven approach Mediation uses in dispute resolution and as such has trained teens on mediation through the platform of TMI, and participated in Mediation Awareness Outreach to local schools, teaching teens and high school students on Mediation.

"Education starting at the foundation." Grace is a psychologist and international education consultant, teaching across the curriculum starting from early childhood through university and parenting. She believes in providing a balanced diet of liberal arts education for developing well rounded individuals. She also trains young teachers and promotes centers of literacy involving parental involvement in children’s education.

Grace is an accomplished pianist, holds a Black belt, 2nd Dan in Taekwondo.

 Federica is a practicing mediator with an Italian heart and an international mindset. She is an avid learner with a background in law and a passion for teaching peace-making skills and learning from shared experiences. She is an enthusiastic lecturer in the ADR Clinic at the University of Trento (Italy) and a coach to student teams for competitions at all levels. When she is not mediating, Federica enjoys spending time in nature, traveling across the world, and practicing yoga.
