Enhancing mediation roleplays

Professor Chrissy Steele of Theatre at Principia College met with TMI to help design a new approach for the client role in a mediation tournament. Teens will create their characters by determining the person's background, fears, attachments, etc. using a worksheet guide. In some tournaments, students can choose to submit a Mediation Plan that includes this character development, which will be judged by a committee of professionals  with awards given.
