She is the Administrator of the American Academy of ADR Attorneys. She has a Masters in Education, a K-12 teacher certification in Chinese and is a former high school Mandarin Chinese teacher.

He is a Board Member of INADR and has been hands-on in developing teen mediation tournaments. His diverse legal background spanning 5 decades includes numerous civil and criminal trials and negotiation of many transactional matters. This has provided him with invaluable knowledge and experience in the field of dispute resolution.

Kathleen, thank you for all you gave and all the care you took to protect the fledgling organization. You conducted all the training sessions, advocated for teen mediation around the world in person and on zoom, created awareness of TMI in multiple countries, initiated our first chapter in Sri Lanka, and garnered interest in Pakistan and India, corresponded with the President of Sri Lanka, held teacher training sessions, wrote curriculum, mentored interns, traveled to and supported tournaments, judged, made videos and wrote blogs, contributed to the website, advised, selflessly counseled fellow board members, and so much more.
