 TMI's Global Online Mediation & Negotiation Tournament 

kickstarts excitement and readiness for students to compete! 

6 weeks leading up to the tournament will be 30-minute training sessions, each covering a different aspect of mediation and negotiation competition. 

• Pre-training: Equip students with a thorough understanding of all tournament components, ensuring they are well-prepared.
• Coaching: Offer a safe and supportive environment for students to practice and gain confidence in their mediation skills for the first time.
• Observers welcome: Educators invited to observe, learn, and understand the dynamics and benefits of mediation tournaments.
• Resources: We're building a library of resources that will aid new teacher-coaches and students in preparing for future in-person tournaments.

We're all about creating a supportive space where students can sharpen their skills and educators can discover the ins and outs of mediation.
